Dave sy’n arwain swyddogaeth cyllid Griffiths, gan weithredu fel cynghorydd dibynadwy i'r uwch dîm arweinyddiaeth a chymorth i wneud penderfyniadau ariannol cadarn ar draws y busnes. Gyda dros 27 mlynedd o brofiad ar draws y diwydiannau Adeiladu, Deunyddiau Adeiladu a Gweithgynhyrchu, mae Dave wedi gweithio mewn uwch swyddi cyllid strategol mewn nifer o fusnesau rhestredig sy'n cefnogi'r gwaith o gyflawni prosiectau seilwaith a gallu cynhyrchu sylweddol.

Dave leads the Griffiths finance function, acting as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and supporting sound financial decision making across the business. With over 27 years experience across the Construction, Building Materials and Manufacturing industries, Dave has held senior strategic finance roles in a number of listed businesses supporting the delivery of significant infrastructure and production capability projects.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND CONTRIBUTION

• Professional qualifications in civil engineering (BEng) and accountancy (ACMA, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants)
• Comprehensive capability in financial leadership of large scale, complex change programmes including high value capital/infrastructure investments and IT implementation schemes
• Wide range of industry exposure from heavy manufacturing, high volume / low value operations through to long term technical engineering contracts across the Defence, Construction, Building materials and Electronics sectors
