Mae Ioan yn hen law ar reoli risg ac ychwanegu gwerth at brosiectau drwy reoli newid a pheirianneg gwerth ac ar hyrwyddo datblygiad proffesiynol parhaus ei dimau. Fel Cyfarwyddwr Masnachol profiadol a chydwybodol sydd â sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol, mae Ioan wedi profi’i hun fel ysgogwr timau er mwyn sicrhau canlyniadau i’n cwsmeriaid lle mae pawb ar eu hennill.

Commercial Director

Ioan is our Commercial Director and has overall commercial responsibility for all sectors of the business.

Ioan is well-versed in risk management and adding value to projects through change management, value engineering and in championing the continual professional development of his teams. As an experienced and conscientious Commercial Director with excellent communication skills, Ioan is a proven motivator of teams to ensure win-win outcomes for our customers.

• Over 20 years’ experience of civil engineering and construction, delivering works with tight timescales and incorporating challenging programmes.
• Delivered on contracts ranging in value from £100k to over £40m.
• Highly experienced in cost control, procurement, and management of subcontractors, as well as compilation of accounts for contracts.
• Multidiscipline works on Network Rail infrastructure as well as roadworks and motorway communications.
