Their experience and continuity have helped re\u2011establish the organisation\u2019s long\u2011standing identity as a proud Welsh\u2011based civil engineering contractor, having strong leadership, a clear strategic direction and a renewed commercial focus.<\/p>\n<p>Since returning to independent ownership, the business has concentrated on strengthening day\u2011to\u2011day operations, making informed commercial decisions, and re\u2011energising the company with a positive, people\u2011first culture. This has included refocusing on core markets, improving project selection, investing in people and systems, and re\u2011establishing the values that have defined the Griffiths name for over half a century.<\/p>\n<p>These actions have already delivered measurable results. The 2025 accounts reflect a business that is financially stable, operationally resilient and positioned for sustainable long\u2011term growth. The company enters the new financial year with a strong order book, improved margins and a clear strategy for continued expansion across Wales and the wider UK.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the results, Tim James, Managing Director, said: \u201cBringing the company back under independent ownership &#8211; and doing so with the support of former colleagues and long\u2011serving members of the senior team &#8211; has allowed us to return to what we do best: delivering high\u2011quality infrastructure, supporting our communities and investing in our people.
