Mae Griffiths wrth eu bodd eu bod wedi ennill Gwobr y Gymraeg a Diwylliant Cymru yn y Gwobrau Gwerth Cymdeithasol i Genedlaethau\u2019r Dyfodol a gynhaliwyd yn ystod cyflwyniad rhithwyr ddoe.<\/p>\n
Mae\u2019r wobr yn cydnabod ymrwymiad parhaus Griffiths i hyrwyddo\u2019r arfer o ddefnyddio\u2019r Gymraeg yn y gweithle.<\/p>\n
Dangoswyd yr ymrwymiad hwn pan aethom ati i ail-lansio menter a gyflwynwyd yn wreiddiol yn Eisteddfod Genedlaethol 2017, sef arddangos y logo \u2018Iaith Gwaith\u2019 oren ar hetiau caled ein staff Cymraeg ar Ddydd G\u0175yl Dewi.<\/p>\n
Cafodd llwyddiant ein menter ei ysgogi gan ein Hyrwyddwyr Iaith Gymraeg, sef gr\u0175p ffocws a ffurfiwyd yn dilyn ap\u00eal yn gofyn i staff Cymraeg gynnig cymorth ac arweiniad yn ymwneud \u00e2 defnydd priodol o\u2019r Gymraeg. Amcan allweddol y Gr\u0175p Ffocws oedd gwireddu nodau Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau\u2019r Dyfodol, ac yn arbennig y nod llesiant sy\u2019n ymwneud \u00e2 chael \u2018Cymru \u00e2 diwylliant bywiog lle mae\u2019r Gymraeg yn ffynnu\u2019. Mae\u2019r gr\u0175p hefyd wedi datblygu\u2019r modd y defnyddir y logo \u2018Iaith Gwaith\u2019 yn llofnodion e-bost yr holl staff Cymraeg sy\u2019n gweithio mewn swyddfeydd.<\/p>\n
Caiff y logo \u2018Iaith Gwaith\u2019, a ddatblygwyd gan Swyddfa Comisiynydd y Gymraeg, ei gydnabod yn eang fel ffordd o ddangos bod unigolyn yn siarad Cymraeg, a chaiff ei ystyried fel ffordd syml o annog pobl i ddefnyddio\u2019r Gymraeg, nid yn unig yn y gweithle ond hefyd wrth ddelio ag aelodau o\u2019r cyhoedd y mae ein gwaith yn effeithio arnyn nhw.<\/p>\n
