Yn ystod y dathliadau rhithwir, cipiodd ein Cynllun Lliniaru Llifogydd yn Llanberis y Wobr Gynaliadwyedd. Cafodd Trosbont Celtic Manor yr M4 ei chydnabod am Integreiddio a Chydweithio ac enillodd Ffordd Fynediad Ogleddol Sain Tathan wobr Project Sifil y Flwyddyn.<\/p>\n<p>Cafodd Cynllun Lliniaru Llifogydd Llanberis i Gyngor Gwynedd ei gynllunio gan YGC ac mae wedi cynyddu\u2019r lle sydd ar gael i\u2019r llif o dan bont priffordd 300%, gan leihau lefelau d\u0175r yn uwch i fyny\u2019r afon yn ystod digwyddiadau glaw trwm a lleihau\u2019r risg o gael rhwystrau. Cafodd Cynllun Llwybr Diogel i\u2019r Ysgol ei ymgorffori yn y prosiect hefyd ac roedd yn cynnwys pont droed newydd i gysylltu ag Ysgol Dolbadarn.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Trosbont Celtic Manor yr M4 yn Darparu mynedfa newydd i Ganolfan Gynadledda Ryngwladol Cymru (ICCW) yng Ngwesty Hamdden y Celtic Manor. Roedd ffurfio t\u00eem prosiect integredig, yn cynnwys Griffiths, y Celtic Manor, Lewis &amp; Lewis, AECOM, Curtins a Llywodraeth Cymru. Wedi creu argraff neilltuol ar y beirniaid. Trwy gydweithio rhagorol, llwyddwyd i godi\u2019r bont i\u2019w lle yn ystod yn cyfnod o feddiannu\u2019r draffordd dros nos \u2013 gyda Chanolfan Rheoli Traffig Weithredol Traffig Cymru, SWTRA, Traffig Cymru, yr Heddlu a\u2019r gwasanaethau brys, Cyngor Sir Fynwy a Chyngor Dinas Casnewydd oll yn rhan o\u2019r trefniadau. O ganlyniad i\u2019r dull cydweithredol hwn o weithio, cynhaliwyd nifer o weithrediadau ychwanegol yn ystod cyfnod cau\u2019r ffordd, gan arbed dros \u00a3100k i SWTRA mewn gwaith cynnal a chadw yn unig petaent wedi eu cynnal ar wah\u00e2n.<\/p>\n<p>Fodd bynnag, y Ffordd Fynediad Ogleddol gwerth \u00a315m a gipiodd Wobr Prosiect Sifil y Flwyddyn. Agorodd y prosiect, a gafodd ei gyllido gan Lywodraeth Cymru, ar 30ain Medi 2019 ac mae\u2019n gweithredu fel dolen economaidd bwysig, gan alluogi mewnfuddsoddi ac annog datblygiadau yn y dyfodol ym Mharc Busnes Bro Tathan \u2013 sydd eisoes yn gartref i nifer o gwmn\u00efau pwysig, gan gynnwys Aston Martin Lagoda, eCube Solutions a Bristow Helicopters.<\/p>\n<p>Wrth adeiladu\u2019r ffordd, cr\u00ebwyd darpariaeth teithio llesol sylweddol yn ogystal \u00e2 manteision o ran bioamrywiaeth. Mae cynllun goleuo wedi\u2019i deilwra a gynlluniwyd gyda Chyfoeth Naturiol Cymru wedi\u2019i osod er mwyn lliniaru\u2019r effaith ar bathewod ac ystlumod, ac yn sgil ymgynghori ag arbenigwr ar ecoleg pysgod, cynlluniwyd cwlfert unigryw i hwyluso symudiadau pysgod drwy eu cynefinoedd.<\/p>\n<p><b>Dywedodd Ken Skates, y Gweinidog dros yr Economi, Trafnidiaeth a Gogledd Cymru:<\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Mae Bro Tathan yn rhan bwysig o seilwaith economaidd Cymru ac mae\u2019r ffordd hon yn darparu mynediad yr oedd mawr ei hangen i\u2019r holl gyfleoedd a ddaw yn ei sgil.<\/p>\n<p>Mae heriau ynghlwm \u00e2 phob prosiect adeiladu, ac yn yr achos hwn, wynebwyd yr heriau hynny gydag arloesedd a chreadigrwydd aruthrol.
