Mae hynny\u2019n cynnwys gweithredu er mwyn sicrhau bod popeth a wnawn yn parhau yn ddiogel ac yn iachus.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r safon newydd yn gosod 13 o ofynion penodol ar uwch reolwyr. Golyga hyn fod rhaid i iechyd a diogelwch gael eu hymgorffori trwy\u2019r holl fusnes ac yn hynny o beth, nid yw\u2019n dderbyniol bellach iddynt fod yn swyddogaeth ar wah\u00e2n.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd y Pennaeth Iechyd, Diogelwch, Amgylchedd ac Ansawdd, Jason Moore:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Does dim byd pwysicach i ni na gofalu am ein pobl.
