These placements offer students a unique opportunity to acquire hands on work experience, enriching their resumes and advancing their career prospects.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, we received a heartwarming letter from one of this years summer placement participants, Hanna, who completed a 10-week placement as an Engineer at Dyfi Bridge. We are delighted to share her letter with you:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible opportunity I had while working at Griffiths. The experience was both enriching and highly productive, and I believe it significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to your company, I was able to acquire invaluable experience and skills that have since played a pivotal role in my career. I am thrilled to share that I am now working as a highway design assistant at WSP, and I attribute much of this success to the guidance and support I received during my time at Griffiths.<\/p>\n<p>I would also like to extend special thanks for your commitment to providing opportunities for students and foreign individuals to excel in the field of construction. This dedication is truly commendable and has a positive impact on countless individuals like myself who aspire to make a mark in this industry.<\/p>\n<p>I kindly request that you convey my gratitude to all team members and colleagues who were part of this journey.
