{"id":9097,"date":"2023-11-14T11:19:24","date_gmt":"2023-11-14T11:19:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/griffiths.co.uk\/?p=9097"},"modified":"2023-11-14T11:20:26","modified_gmt":"2023-11-14T11:20:26","slug":"griffiths-wins-two-prestigious-awards-at-the-ice-south-west-ceremony","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/griffiths.co.uk\/?p=9097","title":{"rendered":"GRIFFITHS WINS TWO PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS AT THE ICE SOUTH WEST CEREMONY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are proud to announce that our Prior Park Restoration Works project has been awarded two prestigious awards at this year\u2019s Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) South West Awards.<\/p>\n<p>Griffiths were recipients of both the People\u2019s Choice Award and the Under \u00a38m Re-engineered Award for our work, in collaboration with National Trust, on this important restoration project.<\/p>\n<p>The work we undertook on the dams and ponds will help to ensure that the garden is preserved for future generations.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the environmental benefits, this project also had a positive impact on the local community. We also created jobs for local people and donated a portion of our profits to local charities.<\/p>\n<p>We are very proud of the team and their accomplishments.<\/p>\n<p>Griffiths South West Operations Director, Andy Beech said \u201cI would like to congratulate the whole project team on this success recognising the hard work put in by the whole team. What makes this success especially special is that the Peoples Choice Award was voted by members of the public who will be able to continue to enjoy Prior Park for many future generations\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As we celebrate these successes and look ahead to the future we are interested to hear from anyone interested in joining the Griffiths Team.
