JOB INTRODUCTION

We are now recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join our team in Cilfynydd, Rhondda Cynon Taf.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

On a day to day basis, the successful Contract Administrator will be carrying out a variety of tasks.

These will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Data entry
  • Liaising with various departments and third parties
  • General office administration duties
  • Data management
  • Working a multi-functional role within a small team
  • Working on the management on training schedules via a matrix or management system

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Any prospective candidates must have experience with Microsoft Excel as this forms a focal part of the role.

If you have worked in a previous similar role before, this would be beneficial, but you won’t be disregarded if you haven’t.

We are looking to hear from candidates who can show strong organisational skills and show strong communication skills both internally and externally with a wide variety of stakeholders.
