New Contract Award – Gen5 Framework

Griffiths Farrans JV has been named on a £500m southern highways and civils framework announced this week by Hampshire County Council.

The council has selected a line-up of contractors for its fifth-generation civils and highways framework covering the south of England.

Griffiths Farrans will be delivering infrastructure across the East and West as part of the Gen 5 civil engineering, highways and transportation framework.

The four-year framework could see a spend of up to £500m split into two distinct southern territories:

East covering Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

West covering Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire.

Griffiths Farrans JV has a long and successful partnership in the delivery of projects of this nature, including most recently the completion of the A52 Nottingham Smaller Junctions project for National Highways. The success of this project has led to our appointment to deliver the final part of a major upgrade to the A52 this region.”
