Bleddyn is our Head of SHEQ and is responsible for Health, Safety & Wellbeing, environment, sustainability & social value and quality & assurance activities. Bleddyn has overall responsibility for managing our legal and regulatory compliance, while driving continual improvement in everything that we do.
As a highly motivated and ambitious project manager and change specialist, Bleddyn has implemented strategies across the business to drive continual improvement, whilst keeping our staff safe by enhancing social, economic and environmental well-being.
Skills, Experience and Contribution
- Civil Engineer with a broad range of skills in management systems, auditing and all aspects of SHEQ.
- Experienced in civil, water and rail industries. Holding positions as a consultant, contractor and client.
- Institution of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 5 Leadership and Management Skills
- National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) General Certificate
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) Lead Auditor
- Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) Certificate in Environmental Management
- Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) Diploma in Sustainable Business Practices
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
