Operations Director DCWW & Midlands
an, our Operations Director, is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of all frameworks for Welsh Water and Infrastructure projects in the Midlands region. He ensures the applicable allocation of resource and drives best practice and continuous improvement across the department.
Ian is a Chartered Engineer and with over 30 years in the civil engineering industry has held a variety of positions within both consultant and contractor companies which allows him to quickly identify Griffiths' customers' needs and provide a tailored service.
He is able to see the ‘big picture’, challenging the Griffiths team to perform at their best and use their skill sets appropriately.

- Delivered on contracts up to £25M
- Highly experienced in contract management, value engineering, problem solving, evaluation and decision making and innovation
