Infrastructure Director

Richard is our infrastructure Director and is responsible for the successful delivery of our Infrastructure projects. Richard strives for sustainable delivery focussing on safety, quality, budget, programme, and customer satisfaction.

Richard joined Griffiths in 1996, progressing through the South Wales business. He has a vast experience of Civil Engineering, and an in-depth understanding of how the Griffiths business operates.

• Civil Engineer with expertise in procurement, design, construction, and handover.
• Experience in highway infrastructure, flood alleviation, utilities, public realm, active travel, integrated transport, and maintenance frameworks.
• Proven leader, committed to building and developing strong interdisciplinary teams.
• A natural collaborative style in developing excellent stakeholder and public relations as well as ongoing customer liaison.
